Daily body oil after shower (lotion alternative).
Pre-shower mask for very dry skin (15 mins).
Spot treatment for peeling, itching, redness...
Dab on nails, heels, elbows to revive dry areas.

Love the scent. The oil gives a nice smooth glide and feels great for massage. However, for a full body massage one bottle isn’t enough since European skin tends to be drier and humidity is low, so more oil is needed.
